Hiroki Kazato
CEO & Founder
Mr. Hiroki is a serial entrepreneur who is active in Southeast Asia and based in Tokyo. He graduated from Waseda University School of Commerce. He handled an executive position in a real estate distribution company, Creed, and Da Vinci Advisors. In 2010, he established his own company, Real Estate Mediation Transparency Forum Co., Ltd., then sold it to Sony Group in 2014. He then established Sony Real Estate Co., Ltd. and became the Chief Executive Officer for the company. After retiring, he founded Property Access in Singapore with the aim of “revitalizing real estate transactions in Japan and international real estate.”
He has comprehensive knowledge and experience in Japan and international real estate. As an advocate for investment literacy, he pioneered in creating and revitalizing a YouTube Channel dedicated to Japanese and overseas real estate investments. He hosts a weekly webinar called INVESTigate, where he discusses property market trends and updates with top property experts around the world. With INVESTigate, he is able to present different factors and frameworks as to why one should invest. He also wrote several real estate books, both in print and digital. He is widely known in Japan as an expert in real estate trading and distribution.
Sheila Baylon

Ms. Baylon has extensive marketing and sales experience from Real Estate Consultancy, Development and Digital industries. Prior to making Singapore her present address, she lived and worked in the Philippines, China, Viet Nam, and Malaysia, and has developed deep understanding and knowledge in different business cultures and substantial exposure in Asian real estate markets.
She has a double Masters degree in MSc. Real Estate from National University of Singapore and Masters in Management from Asian Institute of Management. She obtained her AB Organizational Communication from De La Salle University.

Dr. Chihiro Shimizu
Advisor
Dr. Shimizu is a professor at Hitotsubashi University. He is also a researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Real Estate Research Center and a Fellow at the Recruit Institute of Technology.
He is a Ph.D. in environmental studies at the University of Tokyo. Former professor, Faculty of Economics, Reitaku University, National University of Singapore Real Estate Research Center. His specialty is index theory, big data analysis, and real estate economics.
Kazunori Hayamizu

Mr. Hayamizu is a property expert based in Japan. He was part of the securitization arm of Tokyo Tatemono, which is involved in condominium development, serviced apartments, and corporate brokerage in Myanmar and Vietnam.
He engaged in real estate investment as MD at the Japanese subsidiary of US company, Cargill. He was the head of real estate investment acquisition department at IDERA Capital Management Ltd. He graduated from Waseda University Faculty of Law and Aoyama Gakuin University Graduate School of Master of International Management.

Mr. Roberts is a start-up professional with over 18 years of experience running agencies and technology companies in Australia, The Philippines and Indonesia. He specializes in property portals, aggregators and e-commerce integration.
After originally studying sales & marketing, Andy developed a passion for technology working for Primus Telecommunications in the technical support area and was subsequently promoted to migrate and manage the newly-purchased AOL internet division. He was the country manager for rumah123.com, Indonesia’s largest property portal, from 2012-2014. Rumah123.com was later sold as part of the iProperty Group to the REA Group for AUD $750 million.
Andy is also the co-founder and lead developer for karmaware.com.au, a compostable packaging e-tailer based in Australia that focuses on alternatives to plastic waste. Andy is also a qualified workplace trainer and relishes the opportunity to mentor and lead a talented group of people in the pursuit of success.

Atty. Efren Dizon is a CPA and Attorney-at-law in the Philippines. He ranked 5th place in the 2004 Philippine Bar Examinations and the topnotcher in the 1999 CPA Licensure Examinations. He has been practicing law since 2004 and has authored numerous books on taxation, banking, insurance, and securities regulation. Now, he is a partner in Mendoza Dizon Purungganan and Partners Law Offices. He is also an educator and teaches property law, taxation, banking law, torts and damages, insurance law, transportation law, persons and family relations, corporation law, and legal research in different law schools across the country.

Ms. Laurel is an established Real Estate professional in the Philippines. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and owns an agency, PropSelect Realty, which she established in 2008. She worked with Hotelmasters Inc., where she was the Sales Manager for numerous projects like Forest Hills Village Resort in Subic, Dive Link, and Coral Bay which are both in Busuanga, Palawan.

He has extensive experience in business development and planning for residential, commercial, retail, resort, and industrial Korean and Overseas developments in Indonesia, The Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. He was the sales manager for Ocean Blue in Jeju, South Korea and Bali, Indonesia, and Dongkwang Clark Golf Resort in The Philippines, where he was able to sell 130 units within 2 months alone.
His other work experience includes: Head of Sales and Marketing for GOOD Development & Construction in Kyeong Nam Province, Business Development in SD&G Holdings, Overseas Project Manager for Metropolitan Construction and Development (Philippines), Director of Overseas Property Department for MCC Korea, and General Manager for Real Estate Development of ETLAND in Yong San.
