PropertyAccess is a Japanese and Singaporean company that established its roots mainly from managing real estate transactions between Japanese investors and overseas property developers. From there, the company has gradually expanded its list of offered services from agency services to online platforms, transaction support, property management, KPO, and events.

Its main headquarters is in Japan while its other supporting offices are in Singapore, the Philippines, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Texas, USA. PropertyAccess’ reach is not limited to these countries as we have participating countries from the other side of the world such as from the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

OUR FOUNDERS

Built by professionals

PropertyAccess is founded by CEO Hiroki Kazato — a serial entrepreneur who is active in Southeast Asia and a graduate of Waseda University School of Commerce — and co-founded by Chief Partnership & Revenue Officer Sheila Baylon — an experienced sales professional and marketer with two Masters degrees: one in MSc. Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and the other in Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
